As an IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting our Hong Kong operations and contributing to Neumonda's continued global growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft systems administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Windows Server, and Windows client management
- Experience supporting distributed international user environments
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Defender, ticketing systems, and IT service management processes
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or production-related environments
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing)
- Familiarity with IT security best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with local Hong Kong users and international teams
- Fluent Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, Windows Server)
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 environments
- Experience administering Apple devices
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our users, maintain and optimize Microsoft-based systems, and contribute to a secure, scalable, and future-ready IT environment that supports our continued global growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Microsoft Infrastructure Administration
- Administer, maintain, and continuously improve Neumonda's Microsoft-based IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Windows Server, Group Policies, and endpoint management solutions.
IT Operations & User Support
- Provide first- and second-level support for users in Hong Kong and internationally.
- Manage and resolve tickets through the Azure DevOps-based Helpdesk system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Perform user, license, and access management, maintain IT asset records, and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Infrastructure & Network Support
- Support and monitor the local Hong Kong IT environment and its connectivity to global corporate systems.
- Assist in the implementation and operation of secure remote access solutions, monitoring systems, network controls, and infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate infrastructure changes and incident resolution with the global IT team.
Security, Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor system health, backups, operational status, and security alerts.
- Support security, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response processes.
- Assist with audits, compliance activities, and implementation of IT security standards.
