What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification
  • Several years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Technical expertise in developing plugins, workflows, and system integrations
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps is a plus
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into IT solutions
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills, e.g. conducting trainings, workshops and creating documentation.
  • High initiative, strong sense of quality, and a collaborative mindset

Your responsibilities:

As a Developer for Dynamics 365 Sales (m/f/d), you are the key technical expert for our CRM platform. You design and implement customizations, ensure seamless integrations, and act as the main link between business stakeholders, our internal teams, and external consultants. Your role includes:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Building plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems
  • Collaborating with business process owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Maintaining and providing first-level support for the Dynamics 365 Sales platform
  • Acting as the main point of contact for external consulting partners on all D365 Sales topics
  • Planning, executing, and documenting system testing and validation
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anpassung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Microsoft Power Plattform (z. B. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Technisches Know-how in der Programmierung von Plugins, Workflows sowie in der Systemintegration
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Azure DevOps von Vorteil
  • Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und die Fähigkeit, diese in IT-Lösungen zu übersetzen

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Entwickler für Dynamics 365 Sales (m/w/d) bist Du der zentrale technische Experte für unsere CRM-Plattform. Du entwickelst individuelle Anpassungen, sorgst für reibungslose Integrationen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, internen Teams und externen Beratern. Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

  • Entwerfen, entwickeln und implementieren von Anpassungen und Erweiterungen für Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Entwicklung von Plugins, Workflows und Integrationen mit anderen Systemen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Process Ownern zur Aufnahme, Analyse und Dokumentation von Anforderungen
  • Pflege, Wartung und First-Level-Support für die Dynamics-365-Sales-Plattform
