Road To Iditarod - A Shared Journey of Perseverance and Purpose

In the heart of the Arctic wilderness, where temperatures plummet below -30°C, and the only sound is the crunch of tires over snow and ice, one athlete pushes forward—alone, determined, and driven. This is Ignacio “Nacho” Pellejero preparing for one of the toughest biking races on Earth, the Iditarod Trail Invitational, covering 1,000 miles from Anchorage to Nome in Alaska in some of the harshest conditions imaginable.

We are proud to follow Nacho on his ambitious path to complete the Road to Iditarod race in 2028, the training, qualifying races, and his experience along the way. After all, the same core values that fuel success in this race are the ones we live by every day in business: Focus, Resilience, and Appreciation.

Focus on your goals

When we founded Neumonda in 2021, it was done with the intention to create a company that is focused on memory technology, building a holding with the most comprehensive memory competence in the industry.

As a business, but also when you are setting out to prepare for such a big challenge, you have to focus on your goals. Focus on the things that really matter, block out the noise and distraction, and execute with intent.

Resilience to endure the elements - and come back stronger

It requires resilience to thrive in the cyclical semiconductor industry, just as you need resilience to endure the unforgiving environment of the Alaskan winter. Challenges are inevitable! Resilience is how we adapt, evolve, and get stronger along the way by learning from every step along the way.

Just as we push forward through market shifts and setbacks, it takes an unbreakable spirit, perseverance and strength to keep going in the harshest conditions, even when others might quit.

Appreciation – Respecting the Journey, the Team, and the Environment

And even though the rider might be alone, he also needs a team to help him prepare for the journey ahead and help him through the hardships. But it takes appreciation to build the right team. Appreciation of the different personalities and skills that come together, which make the company more than the sum of its parts.

Just like our workplace culture, the race is not just about the finish line — it’s about the journey, about recognizing every step, every struggle, every person behind the effort.

That’s why we are proud to be part of the team supporting Nacho – seeing how our values align, we believe that whether it’s on icy trails or in the office, Focus, Appreciation and Resilience are the true path to greatness.

Hope you follow us and Nacho as we embark on this journey together and share the stories that unfold on the way.
