Darüber freuen wir uns:
- Du hast Dein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bereits Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld gesammelt,
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lösungen und mit der Anpassung der Module und Komponenten.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch.
- Klasse ist, wenn Du Kenntnisse in Azure DevOps, der Power Plattform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) bzw. Zertifizierungen im Bereich MS D365 mitbringst.
- Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und die Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen entsprechend anzupassen, mit.
- Du kommunizierst effektiv mit unseren Teammitgliedern.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein und bist bereit, Dich weiterzuentwickeln
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du entwirfst, entwickelst und implementierst technische Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365, insbesondere in den Bereichen Finance & Supply Chain Management sowie Sales.
- Das Anpassen unseres Microsoft Dynamics 365-Systems an die spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Teams gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenspektrum.
- Du integrierst Microsoft Dynamics 365 mit anderen Unternehmensanwendungen und -systemen.
- Fehlerbehebung, Performance-Optimierung und die kontinuierliche Wartung bestehender Microsoft Dynamics 365-Systeme sind ebenfalls Teil deines Arbeitsalltags.
- Zudem arbeitest du mit unseren internationalen Teams zusammen, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und Lösungen zu entwickeln, die deren Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen.

What we expect about you:
- You have successfully completed your studies or comparable vocational training in the IT sector and have already gained professional experience in the IT environment.
- You already have experience in the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and with the customization of modules and components.
- You are fluent in English.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of Azure DevOps, the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) or certifications in MS D365.
- You have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to adapt technical solutions accordingly.
- You communicate effectively with our team members.
- You work independently with a high level of quality awareness and are willing to develop yourself further.
Your tasks:
- You design, develop, and implement technical solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in the areas of Finance & Supply Chain Management and Sales.
- Customizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 system to the specific requirements of our teams is also part of your range of tasks.
- You integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other company applications and systems.
- Troubleshooting, performance optimization, and the continuous maintenance of existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems are also part of your day-to-day work.
- You will also work with our international teams to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their business needs.
